You can add any frequently used contacts to your Favorites for quick access from the left navigation. To add a contact to your Favorites:

1. Hover over the contact you wish to add to your Favorites in the left navigation column.
2. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the name to display contact options.
3. Click Add to Favorites.
