I've changed my mind. Can I request a refund?

We want you to feel good about your purchase. We offer full refunds* within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked -- just get in touch.

After that, we don't offer refunds, but you can disable auto-renew anytime and won't be charged again.

If you experience an issue when paying for a Remember The Milk Pro account, such as upgrading the wrong account or a duplicated payment, please contact us and we'll work with you to fix the issue.

Note: If you upgraded prior to February 3, 2016, your Pro account will not automatically renew. Once your current Pro status expires, you will be downgraded to a free account if you choose not to renew.

* We're only able to offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase for those upgrades purchased through this website. Apple and Amazon don't allow us to offer refunds for In-App Purchases, sorry! In addition, each individual may only request a full refund up to two times in a calendar year (after that, refunds will not be offered).
