I'd like the ability to start the camera when creating a new task.

What I find myself doing when I see a poster or announcement that I need to action on: I take a photo using my iPhone and e-mail that photo to myself. Later I make a task in RTM manually, from the e-mail.

Making a task on the spot is hard because I usually have my hands full and/or are in a hurry. Just a quick photo and e-mail that is usually the longest I can manage and even that is stretching it.

Open RTM app -> click photo icon -> take photo -> RTM saves the task for today in the inbox, with the photo as attachment -> stress-free productivity
