Deselect tasks after performing actions (e.g. changing due date)

johnharter says:
Right now, when I change a due date for a task, the task remains "selected".
The problem with this is as follows:
I have many tasks set up. I often start at the top of the task list and I either "complete" a task, or I change the due date for a task.
When I change the due date, the task often is dropped to somewhere near the middle or bottom of my task list (which means it is no longer on my screen, I am still looking at the top of the list). However, this task remains "selected".
I am no longer interested in the task when I change the date, and I then look to the next task at the top of my list.
Often, the next task is a task i want to "complete", not to change the date of.
So, I click the next task and "complete" it.
PROBLEM: When I check the new task and click complete, I complete BOTH tasks, the one I wanted to complete, and also the task i had previously selected and changed the date on.
Right now, in order to solve this problem, I have to change the date on a task, then find the task on my large list of tasks and UNSELECT that task. Then proceed back to the top of my list and complete the new task.
So, I want rememberthemilk to automatically UNSELECT any task after the date has been changed on it.
I have a hard time thinking of how this feature would be problematic. I think that most times someone changes the due date on a task, they don't actually want to look at or interact with that task anymore, so Unselecting it wouldn't be irritating to those persons.

I just found the "unselect all" button, "n", which is cool, but I'd still prefer not to have to remember to push "n" after I change a due date on a task.
Once again, once someone has reached the point of changing a due date, I think they are often "done" with the task for that point in time, so automatically unselecting that task would not cause problems for anyone, and only benefit me and others who face the problem described above.
