Assign 'points' for each task

I'm not sure if you are using the time estimate field, but if you aren't, then that would be a good, easy way to accomplish this.
For example, RTM tells me I have 362 completed tasks in my major, unarchived list, amounting to an estimated time of 2 days, 3 hours, 41 minutes.
Just use points and not minutes, and I think you'd be set.
