Thanks for the suggestion! Smart Lists are simply filters on your existing lists, which means unfortunately they can't be shared. If you shared a filter with someone, it would be applied to their tasks and not yours. If your Smart List was for tasks due today, and you shared that with someone, they would see their tasks that are due today.

Hi Emily. Yeah, I understand that. But it sure would be cool if the other person could see MY smart list as I see it - so based on the login ID of the person sharing.

On a related topic - something that I think is much more important would be the ability to see the category of any task in a listing, especially in search filter listings like smart lists. When you see the filter listings, the only way to know the topic now is to use a format like "topic - this is my task".

Aren't users a pain. :-)
