How about revamping the drop down menu. Assigning priorities seem a little bit counter-intuitive. The undo button could also be assigned to a keystroke? like ctrl-z or maybe an obvious undo button in the options.

Deleting, duplicating, sending/sharing should be left in the drop down i think. Maybe the undo button option could be a choice to avoid complaints of "I keep accidentally hitting undo!"
