Recently, I accidentally swiped a task on my phone and it was deleted instantly. Because there was no confirmation prompt or visible undo option, I was left without knowing which task was removed or how to recover it.

Accidental swipes happen easily on touchscreens, and having a safeguard in place—such as a confirmation step or a quick "Undo" pop-up at the bottom of the screen—would help prevent accidental loss of important tasks and make the mobile app feel much safer to use.
