Sort by time on a given date
In RTM, when you look at today or tomorrow, it'll sort by time due. But if you look at a date beyond that (e.g., typing due:5/18 in the search bar), it'll show the tasks by alphabetical order not by specific time due. I use the time due to help plan my days/weeks, so not seeing things sorted by time beyond tomorrow is an annoyance. This applies to the website and iPhone app.
It sounds like the feature it's already there. You can apply sorting to search results in the same way like you sort your lists.
By default it;s alphabetical order but you can also click gear icon and sort by due date or even in custom way.
If you do planning in a kind of standardized way, (e.g. planning next Monday, then Tuesday and so on) you can try make some custom Smart List. Every Sunday I was doing my planning for next week, so I had separate Smart List for every Mon/Tue...
