Allow completing the task in the past

When you mark the task completed, it is done with the "now" date and time.
There are at least a few reasons why marking it as done with a selected date and time (different than now) could be useful.
First of all, when you did something from your list but you just forgot to mark it, and now it's two days later (or minutes after midnight). Sometimes you search for "When I did that? When it was?" and you can not trust those dates.
The case gets serious when we talk about cyclic tasks. If you have a task that repeats (for example) every three days after completion, it matters to you if you mark it as done at 23:59 or 00:01. If you are late, you need to manually move the next occurrence for the day before it was automatically scheduled.
If the task could be marked as done with a specific date and time (but of course "now" as default), and a new occurrence will be scheduled based on the picked moment, all these problems disappear.
