Adding a reminder without having to switch tabs in the Chrome browser...

There used to be a browser add-on for adding tasks. I want to be able to add web pages to my task list.

I would like this also.

Very useful if I could add a webpage
* url in the url field
* title of the webpage as task name (editable)
* chance to add some comment, to be stored as a note
