Adjust placement of "Undo Message Window" to prevent blocking any other function.

It drives me crazy to edit a lengthy task and then have to wait for the Message Window to clear before I can edit another task, because the Message Window from the previous edit is now blocking the current edit window!

There's got to be a better way to implement an Undo function!
