Create new list without having to go through 'settings'

It puts me off creating lists sometimes as I need to go into settings to do it. Could we have a button or a 'create list' option sitting up beside our username, 'overview', 'settings' options at the top?

This idea is considered similar to "Ability to create new lists from the Tasks screen", and all votes have been transferred to that idea.
