Possibility to search tags instead of search tasks

I'd like to get a list of all the tags that matches some criteria. I say tags, not tasks. For example, I'd like to search for tags which name starts with "prj". As I use RTM mly via SMS/Twitter, it would help me a lot if a could create a smart list based on a search like this.
