Edit tags of completed tasks (specifically those that I forgot to tag in the first place)

schmick says:
Use case is where I have forgotten to tag a task and then completed it.
I want to be able to subsequently file it under an appropriate tag but keep the completion time/date information.
Currently I don't seem to be able to?

This idea is considered similar to "Ability to edit completed tasks", and all votes have been transferred to that idea.
