If you have some standard list that you need to fill time and time again. This can typically be if you arrange a concert, and have found a good 'breakdown' of all the tasks and preparations that need to take place before it's ready.

Templated Lists should have relative deadlines, and one should be able to select start time of the list upon creation.

Any list should also get a 'create template from this list' option.
