Repeat every n-th month on the n-th x-day

If you currently schedule a task like
Do something ^monday *every 3 months
it gets a due date of the next monday (e.g. 7 March 2011) and the next task will be scheduled exactly 3 months from 7 March, so on 7 June 2011.
I would like to be able to schedule a task "every 1st monday of every 3rd month". I use this to perform quarterly tasks.

Not a very popular idea? I'm surprised. This has been an ability in Outlook for quite a while. Not having this in RTM breaks my Outlook sync (since many of my 400+ yearly work tasks are set up with this kind of repeat) and makes me glad there is a trial of MilkSync. I am definitely NOT upgrading to a Pro account due to this since breaking my critical work tasks in Outlook is a deal-breaker for me.
