link to file (w dropbox)

I use dropbox with the same file structure on three different computers. I'd like to be able to create a link to a specific file *on my computer* that is associated with the task, and synced across computers with dropbox.

create an RTM task and then put in a link to c:\MyDropbox\work_folder\filename.docx

etc.

If you are sharing a list with co-workers and they have access to the same files in dropbox will that url work for them as well?

This idea is considered similar to "Dropbox integration", and all votes have been transferred to that idea.
