assigning tasks to employees.. is this possible?
raul.vasquez says:
Is it possible to use this to assign tasks to my employees?
This is a hypothetical situation:
a) i may need to assign bob a couple specific tasks for deadlines on some projects.
b) lisa has no specific tasks this week for herself.
c) roy has a repeating task to see a client on a weekly basis.
d) all employees have to send me their expense reports this week by friday.
e) I would assign and check for these tasks completion...
There are just a few of my question:
1. Can i do this?
2. will i be able to look at bob lisa, and roy's task lists individually?
3. can i assign the same task to everyone at once and have them mark it completed on a individual basis?
4. will i able to schedule repeating tasks to the group and also to specific individuals?
5. Will i be able to reference when tasks were finished and by whom?
Thanks for any help in advance.

andrewski (Remember The Milk) says:
1. Yes.
2. Yes, via the sharedWith search operator.
3. No; you'd want to use separate tasks. The "Duplicate task" may be useful for you to create one "master" one and create duplicates, one for each.
4. Yes, although you'd want to use separate tasks for individuals.
5. You can see when tasks are completed by looking at the completed date (which you can see by using any of the completed* search operators), but you won't be able to see by whom.
Hope this helps!
