Reminders not working

I just set three tasks each with a due time. I set the first two via twitter. The second from the website. It did not send a reminder to me via either my phone or email. This has worked before but isn't working now.

As a followup I got a reminder at 6:11pm at both email and sms for something I set for 2:40pm

I also got reminders just after 6pm (US Pacific) for tasks due that day, no daily or 1-hour before reminder like I usually get
