Smartlists not visible on multiple machines

datarat says:
If I create a smartlist on my desktop, it doesn't appear on my laptop computer. I have to recreate and save it there.

Is this normal behavior or am I missing something?

this is not normal behavior. Smartlists are saved in your account and will accessible from any machine or mobile device.

Can you please list the steps you follow while setting up the smartlist?
Do you use a desktop client of RTM or do you use the RTM website?
