SMS Reminders on Vodacom (South Africa)

Hi There,
I have been unable to get SMS reminders working on to my Vodacom number (it is listed as a supported network). I first reported the problem last week using the mobile reminders support form but have yet to receive a response. Can anyone suggest an alternative route?
