3 staff sharing an account
We have three staff people in a small non-profit org and are debating whether to use RTM to track our staff projects.
RTM seems to work well for a small staff group, BUT I can't figure out if we all need to share a user name or if the three of us can each have our own user name and still log into the same shared account/tracking system. Help.
Seems like the only way to use the e-mail reminder feature (and other individual features) is to each log in from our own accounts/ user names.
Is this possible?

You can share lists and tasks between accounts...
I'd go with the three separate logins, that way you each get your own reminders, but you can still all complete tasks off the same list.
