Unable to add attachments from Android mobile

Hello forum and RTM team

I am a Pro user, tried to contact via help form but haven't heard back despite multiple followups in few months. When trying to add attachments on mobile using the Dropbox service it gives me an error. The UI doesn't give me an error code or something to share unfortunately.

To replicate:
- I click a task
- I click add attachment
- I select upload to Dropbox account (note: I see the correct Dropbox email, I see the Dropbox account is connected on settings)
- I select the attachment and confirm
=> I see an orange error label "try again"

Android: Version 15
RTM app version: I can't find it in the settings.

Trings I tried:
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Disconnect and reconnect Dropbox (this makes me lose all existing attachments info in the tasks...so will not try that again)

I have tried with a separate mobile phone so it doesn't seem to be related to Android version. Plus found this other thread which seems to suggest Google Drive is also affected in a slightly different way https://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/help/31430/
