Android app not syncing well

Recently (I guess recent months), I've found that the Android app syncing is not working well. If I make changes via the web app, the Android app often doesn't update, even if I explicitly sync the list. Eventually (in the next day or so) it seems to catch up, though I had some sub tasks which never appeared.
Is it just me?

Hi cjug, would it be possible to uninstall and then reinstall the Android app, and see if that helps to reset things? If that doesn't help, we'd love to investigate further if you don't mind sending us a message. Thanks!
