Notifications stopped working, ios 26/iphone 13 pro max

Noticed in last 24-48 hours that my Remember the Milk (and no other apps') notifications have completely stopped.

Steps I have already taken:
* Toggle on/off 'Allow notifications' in iphone settings for RTM
* Hard reset the phone (twice)
* Hard kill/relaunch app
* Uninstall then reinstall from app store

My debugging test case since this started happening is a dummy task with a time 10 minutes after I create the task - I have been unable to trigger it.

Same problem, and I'm still on iOS 18 (!), iPhone 16 Pro. Notifications stopped working sometime in the last several days without any changes to software on my end.

To be clear, notifications are working fine on other apps - pretty confident this is specific to RTM.
