Subtasks have disappeared in recurring task

I have a task that recurs every week. It's a checklist of things I do once a week. In the past 2 months, the subtasks have disappeared. At first, I could get the subtasks back by going to Completed Tasks--they would appear against at least one completed iteration. Now I can't even do that. Can you help? Thanks!
