Login and password retrieval failure

Hi, I am a new user, very interested by your system and find it is the most suitable service to my needs. However...

Since yesterday, the day after I open my account, I couldn't login to the site. I know my passwords and login, for I have like most of several; but it didn't match. I thought to a double mistyping during registration, and asked for password retrieval. And that is where it becomes strange. Even the password sent by email doesn't match. Here again, I tried many times, checked each time the caps-lock key, etc...

And I meet this issue only with RTM. So I opened another account, and will not logout or shutdown the navigator until I have knowledge of what's wrong.

Am I the only one to meet such a problem? Will I have to go to my nearest psychiatrist?
