Linking to a Note

It would be very helpful to be able to link to a note in another task. For example, I have a task with notes. I create another task and I want to reference a note in the first task. I'd love to be able to create a note in the new task with just a link to the note in the original task. Clicking on the link would take me to the note.

Is this possible?

Optionally, creating a link to another task would be the next best thing. If I can't link to that note, can I link to the original task?
