Smart list - filter out tasks with due time

Hi, in my due today smart list I would like to keep tasks due today with no specific due time but filter out tasks that are due today with a specific time associated.

For example is there an operator like "hasTimeEstimate:true" but for due times eg. "hasDueTime:True"

It's not possible to do this overall with a search term like you mention, but it would be possible to do this for today due to specific internal behavior for tasks:

Tasks without a due time are due "at midnight" so you could isolate those with due:"today at 0:00"

You could also isolate today's tasks with a time by ruling those out: due:today AND dueAfter:"today at 0:00"
