Invisible tasks

I can add a task using the Windows app, but it will not show in the app. It shows in the web app and the Android app. If I search for it in the Windows app using a keyword it shows, If I search using one of its tags it does not show. The total for the tag list in the Windows app is one less than the total for the tag list in Android or the Web.

As a starting point, we'd be most interested to know if reloading the web app makes this task appear. We wouldn't intend that to be a solution, but if that "resets" the problem that's a great thing to know as we figure out what's happening.
