I want to remind me to take the exerices every day. I set it as repeating everyday. But I did not set the due date. However the email did not include this reminder. I do not understand. Should I set the due date today. If it is expired, will the email include this reminder and repeat it every day?

I think you need to set the due date as today and set it to recur daily. That should get the email reminder daily.

As kyricus said, you'd need to set the due date and repeat both: the due date for the first time you want it to be due, and the repeat to set the next time. :)
