Since purchasing new Android phone, unable to login

I purchased a new Android phone (Motorola Droid Maxx HD), previously having a Motorola Droid X. Since the upgrade, I have not been able to log in to RTM using the Android App.
I am currently running Android version 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
I did uninstall and reinstall the app but I still get the error message:
"Login failed
Please check your account information and try again."

I'm using the same login information that I use to login to RTM online, so the information should NOT be incorrect.

Has anyone else had this trouble?

I set up RTM on my desk top computer. I then downloaded the RTM Android app to my Samsung Gallaxy Tab 2 7.0. I attempted to log in to the app using the same user name and password that I have on my desktop application - "login failed Please check you account info and try again". I then tryed to go thru the setup process on the tablet but got the message that the email was already in use. So how do i get signed in to the Android App?

You should be able to use the same Remember The Milk username and password in the Android app that you're using in the web app. However, only the web app supports logging in with your Google account or Facebook account at this time.

I'm having trouble logging in from the Android app, and having trouble synching Milksync with Outlook. It was working, but somehow the app needed to be reloaded, and has not worked since.

on the android app: "login failed Please check you account info and try again". Milksync has a similar message.

I've reset passwords and checked everything I can find.

Glad to hear you got logged in!

For anyone else running into this same problem, yes, you'll need to login to the mobile apps using your Remember The Milk username and password directly. It's not possible to login with your email address, or with your Google account or Facebook account as you can in the web app.
