ALL tab main function

If I am not seeing all of my tasks under the ALL tab then what is it doing there? How do I see all of my tasks.? Getting here was a doosey. I was hung-up in the 'submit issue' section of the website.

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.
