Sending tasks via Twitter not working at all for last 2 days

As of 2 days ago, none of the tasks I send via twitter make it to RTM. I know they don't make it as 1) I do not receive a confirmation tweet which I have turned on, and 2) the tasks never show up in RTM. Is RTM hitting limits as a 3rd party api user? Any information would help. I've submitted a report on this. Thanks.

We corrected an issue that was preventing us from receiving notifications about added tasks; your tasks should be caught up now and newly sent tasks should add more quickly.
