Initial login - syncing fail

mkailley says:
I just installed the App, I have a pro account.

Android on the Motorola Droid.

When I goto login, it seems to accept my password, and goes on to Syncing.

The problems, the syncing hangs. The progress bar moves to just above the rotating circle animation (before the S in Syncing) Then it just sits there forever.

I have tried removing then re-installing the app, still have the same problem.

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit an Android issue report via our support system?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

Thanks!

i have zero ability to log in. i installed the android app on my nexus one. then i paid for the pro account.

it tells me my login is incorrect, and i ahve tried and made sure all characters are correct numerous times. going on 24 hours paying for something that won't let me log in on my phone - where i need it most.

idiotekniques,
When trying to log in, can you make sure your username doesn't end up with a space at the end? The onscreen keyboard or Android's autocomplete can add a space at the end, and that would affect your login. (That's something on our list to investigate.)

Hope this helps!

hello,

i made sure there was no space after the username and that did not work either.

i also can't log in via my phone's browser. something is nerfed with my account, it's not just the android app.
