Password/Login issues

Every time I try to login, my password does not work. The only way I can log in is if I reset my password by providing my email address through the "forgot password" link below the login box. In other words, once I click on the link, i input my email address. Once I receive the email and click on the provided link, I am automatically logged in and a new password is requested to be inputted. I input a new password, or use the same password as before (either works), and then I can go using the service. However, once I log out and then try to log back in, my password is not recognized and I have to repeat the whole process again. I've only been using the service since Friday, and every time I've tried to log in, this issues has occurred. Please help.

You may want to clear your cache and cookies in your browser. You will also want to make sure your browser is set to receive cookies.

If that doesn't help, would it be possible to submit a Logging In & Loading issue report via our support system?
