How to automatically update webcal:// sources in google calendar?

hellt says:
Hello, i am trying to export all my RTM events to google cal.
I got a personal webcal link to all my events and added this calendat to my gcalendar account.

But when i add a new event in RTM it doesnt appear automatically in imported calendar in my gcalendar.

Is it possible to solve this problem? Or is it normal that new events doesnt appear in gcal?
