The IM reminders have stopped working for me - it was working fine, but it stopped (didn't notice when).

I have been testing this for a while to see if I can get it working again; trying different IM accounts (Google Talk, AIM, MSN) but the reminders still aren't coming though.

I tried the reminder by email and SMS, which works fine, but no IM reminders - which is what I need.

Anybody have any ideas before I contact support?
