Is there any way I can increase the height of it? At the moment, it's about half the height of the screen, but has a vertical scroll bar. It'd be nice to be able to make it longer.

Loving the sidebar though. Having my upcoming tasks viewable beside the calendar is going to be great for doing my weekly GTD review. No jumping back and forth between tabs any more. Nice.

One thing I'd also like to see is a way to switch lists displayed a bit faster than having to go into the settings and change it there.

Echoing echarles's last comment, adding a pop-up menu to permit pointing the gadget to various lists quickly has been suggested many times, and would be a great improvement.
