Unsync Lists with MilkSync

I just installed MilkSync and synched all lists with my Windows Mobile phone. Then I realized I can sync only specific lists. Which I did. The problem is, I have items from other lists on my phone now that I want off, but I can't delete them because it will delete them from RTM too.
How do I get those items out of my phone and start to only sync specific lists without loosing any RTM items in the process?

It'd probably be best to Restore your tasks, which will clear all local items and download a fresh copy of all your tasks from RTM. You can do this on the device by going to 'Menu' then 'Tools' then 'Restore' in MilkSync.
