No, unfortunately all reminders are sent to one account or another. You could send them to both accounts and delete the ones you don't need, but that may not be ideal for you.
Andrewski is right, but there are workarounds.
You can pipe different lists into Gcal and use its reminder features to develop more complex setups.
Or you can send all of your reminder emails into a Gmail account and add keywords to your tasks that then trigger rules in Gmail to forward the reminders to the right destination.
Not ideal, but can be handy while building a system that works for you.
