Overview Vs Tasks list

Hello other RTM users,

Needing to refer to my list of things to do multiple times an hour/day-like we all need to.

Question - Is the best place to constantly check back to these from the tasks or the overview pages...as I can't see any other dedicated page for ease of use for just viewing the work for the day?

Question - Is the only place to expand my list of things to do from the tasks page, as I can't find any way of doing this from the OVerview page?
