Check whether Time Estimate is empty?!?

does anybody know how to check whether the field "time estimate" is empty?

I want to create a smart list but can't get it to work...
I tried e.g. timeEstimate:"< 1 minute", timeEstimate:"empty", timeEstimate:"none"
