Timezone problem?

says:
I changed my timezone to Halifax/Canada. We have 12 Oct 7:40 pm at the moment. In the right corner of the page the time is shown as 13 Oct 12:40 am. So if I post a todo due on 13 Oct it shows up as "due today" though it should be "due tomorrow" for me. Anyone have a suggestion what I'm doing wrong?

To be precise: my timezone in the settings is "(GMT-03:00) America/Halifax"

Remember The Milk tries to guess your timezone from your computer's clock. However, if you manually set a timezone on the Settings page (as it sounds like you did), it will use that timezone instead. So, it does sound like this could be a bug. We'll investigate this further.

Hi emily, I have the same problem as well. My computer's clock is set to a different timezone compared to the timezone I've set on RTM. The top right time on RTM is still following my computer's clock though. Can I check if this has been fixed?

callista, thanks for reporting this. The date/time in RTM will always display according to your computer's local time, but it will use the timezone setting in Settings when sending out reminders. Hope this helps!
