How do I repeat a task on an specific date?

Set the date of the task for "January 5th". Then set the repeat interval to "every year" That should do it. You can test it by completing the task, and see if it creates a new task of the same name on on the same day the following year.

"Due" was translated to portuguese as the same as "Limit", so I was confused. By setting the "limit" (due) value to 05/01/2010 I thought the task would stop being repeated on this date.
