Due today tasks issue

I have a smart list with search term "due:today". Tasks planned for today should appear with due time here. I'm using Opera browser v9.63 on WinXP and always keeping the RTM page opened.
So when today is come I see all tasks in that list with due dates, for example "Wednesday" if today is Wednesday but not with due time. Switching between lists doesn't help. Only when I reload the whole page all tasks appear as designed.

Also I've double checked the time zones correspondence.
