Feature request - keyboard shortcuts localisation

RTM has nice implementation of russian localisation, but keyboard shortcuts work only in english layout. If I switch input language to russian, keyboard shortcuts are simply ignored.

I suppose, the best way to implement this is to make them work independently of input language.
