SMS reminders an hour late

I'm getting reminders sent to my cell phone, and they're arriving an hour late. I have my time zone correct (GMT -6:00 - Central/Chicago time), and I've checked all 3 computers which I access RTM to be sure their timezones all match - and they do.

I have RTM reminders configured to be sent to my phone, my IM, and Twitter. The funny thing is that the IM reminder DOES come on time, but the SMS reminder and Twitter reminders are an hour late.
