receive no response.

also wonder the proposal form was working.

I'm very glad if you tell me which is the status of our proposal.

(1) It was rejected.
(2) It is in the queue for your decision.
(3) It didn't reach you due to some trouble.
(4) Your response didn't reach us, or I missed it.
(5) My English of the proposal was too bad to be understood.
